W.E. Coates Guide Service is your premier fishing experience for all Washington waters.

We offer a wide range of boats outfitted with modern electronics and the latest fishing gear to make your trip one to remember.


We run the following areas of water with our boats: Willapa Bay, Grays Harbor, Columbia River, South Puget Sound, Hood Canal, and we head inland from there to the beautiful Olympic Peninusla including the Wynoochee, Satsop and Chehalis rivers. The Columbia river system also provides a lot of great fishing tributaries such as the Cowlitz River, Snake River, Lewis River, and the Ringold area.

Our captains are all licensed and insured and have many years of fishing experience and knowledge to share. You'll find our captains very patient and courteous to help make your special fishing trip a great experience!

US Coast Guard Licensed: Wade, Charlie and PJ are licensed by the
US Coast Guard as well as is a certified First Aid and CPR.
